Merlin’s KIDS is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and trains shelter dogs to become service dogs for individuals with special needs, as well as for disease detection. Children and adults with special needs include, but are not limited to, autism, ASDs, PTSD, physical disabilities, developmental delays, and cognitive deficits. Each dog is trained specifically to the needs of the individual. Our health alert dogs screen for cancer, hypoglycemia, diabetes, and seizures. In addition to children, many of our recipients include first responders and war veterans. Merlin’s KIDS rely solely on charitable donations to help families in need. Their goal is to ensure that service dogs are available to everyone regardless of financial circumstance.

We are sponsoring Hazelnut's rescue, rehabilitation and training to become service dog for a special needs child!
