FUNDRAISING COMMITTEES – UNDER 1ST VP
Fundraising
Organizes fundraising efforts, encourages members to participate, fills the orders, and distributes the merchandise to the members.
Charity

Runs the Charity Event and raffles. This is a huge job that involves coordinating a lot of "moving parts":

Prize Solicitation - organizing the effort to solicit prizes and donations from merchants.

Prize Wrapping - grouping the donations into pleasing arrangements, naming and numbering each prize, and supervising the workshops to wrap prizes.

Prize List - assembling the list of prize names and numbers; getting the lists printed and assembled.

Tickets - organizing the ticket sales and making up the table assignments for the night of the Charity.

Centerpieces - making the table centerpieces for the night of the event; running workshops if necessary.

Program – collecting all the information, messages, and ads that are printed in the program, getting the programs printed and assembled.

The proceeds from the raffles are donated to the Children's Charity, The Twins' Mothers Club Welfare Fund, Madeline Geisen Scholarship and the Peggy Mockler Fund.
Charity Event: Social Media
Work with the Charity Chairs on the Social Medial plan and execution for the event reminders, supporter recognition and the overall outreach.
Clothing Sale
Manages our Fall and Summer sale and task including but not limited to creating the seller instruction, communicating with sellers, set up, volunteers on day, tear down.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEES – UNDER 2ND VP
Outreach & Connection
Recruitment of new members and provides support and keeps in contact with prospective members.
Attendance at General Meetings
Greets and signs in all members and guests at General Meetings.
General Meeting Discussion Group Leader
Facilitates the 7:15 pre-meeting discussion at General Meetings.
Publicity
Works on marketing materials and marketing the club and handles any media contacts and inquiries
New Member Lemonade Social
Coordinates the event and invites and follows up with the new members.
Big Sister Program
Assigns Big Sister and Little Sister pairs and coordinates information between new and veteran members.
EVENTS & PROGRAMMING – UNDER 3RD VP
General Meetings Programs: Social & Educational
Plans activities, speakers, and social programs for the general meetings that are of special interest to mothers of multiples.
Play Groups & Coffee Klatch (Babies & Toddlers)
Organizes the monthly Coffee Klatch at the Cupola and help facilitate play groups for members who are interested based on the ages of the children. Play groups meet in members' homes at mutually convenient days and times.
Play Dates (Pay at the door) – Weekends
Plans the schedule for weekend playdates throughout the year at various kids’ gyms, art studios, or farms where we often receive discounted group rates (and members simply pay per child). Can work with other committees such as Weekend family Events and 7 & Older.

Family Events – Weekends
Works with the Cuplola to plan the member only monthly events at the Cupola like crafts, story, musical performances and holiday parties.
Halloween Party
Organizes the party held in October. Normally held for children of members up to six years old.
Movie Night
Organize the movie night which is typically in January.
7 & Older Party
Plans the annual party, choosing an activity that will appeal to the age group.
7 & Older Events
Plans activities throughout the year that will appeal to the age group.
Installation Dinner
Plans the Installation Dinner and Ceremony held in June.
Park Program
Plans the schedule for what parks will be visited each week during the summer. Acts as club hostess at the parks over the summer, welcoming new and prospective members.
There three park programs:
Weekday Morning - for young children (Babies – Pre-K)
After School - for school age children (School Age)
Weekend – for any age on a Saturday (Variety of Ages)
6 & Younger Party
Organizes the party held for kids 6 and under, usually during the summer or early spring.
Picnic
Organizes the annual family picnic in September.
Historian
Keeps records of club events by taking photos at club functions and arranging them in albums. The Historian also displays club memorabilia when appropriate and maintains the club's archives.

Posting items that our committees are working and items of interest to our members on Facebook.
Facebook – Conversation Posts
Creating dialog with our members on Facebook through open-ended questions, conversation starters, member interviews and polls.
Facebook – Event Posts
Posting meeting & event notices and reminders on Facebook.
Sunshine
Sends get well cards, sympathy cards, and birth congratulatory cards to members as well as birthday cards to non-adult children of members. Sends a gift from the club to any member who is hospitalized (for reason other than childbirth).
General meetings take place on the 4th Wednesday of the month at the Glen Rock Annex 678 S. Maple Avenue Glen Rock, NJ 07452 and start at 7:30pm.
Dates: September 27th, October 25th, November 15th, December 13th, January 24th, February 28th, March 28th, April 25th, May 23rd (conference call), June TBD
