No Fancy Yoga Clothes required. Just bring a mat*. The class is both fun and informative.

Monday, June 29 - Gentle Beginners Chair Yoga This class is for all levels.
Interested in trying Chair Yoga? In this class you will learn how to practice yoga using a chair in a more gentle/restorative way. We will explore both seated and standing asana along with gentle flows at the end to bring it all together.
Tuesday, July 7 - Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Nidra
Come for a vigorous vinyasa flow. We will be practicing within the classical Hatha Yoga framework so come with an open mind and be prepared to view the world from different angles.
Monday, July 13 - Bedtime Yoga for Kids. All ages. Kids come dressed in Pjamas.
To all those with toddlers to 10 year old kids who would enjoy a bedtime story and yoga with mum. Bring a blanket to practice on together. Kids come dressed in PJ’s.
Monday, July 20 - Vinyasa Flow and Meditation
Come for a vigorous vinyasa flow. We will be practicing within the classical Hatha Yoga framework so come with an open mind and be prepared to view the world from different angles.
Monday, July 27 - Beginners Yoga and Meditation
The class will be relaxing, focused on gentle stretching and breathing exercises.
Monday, August 3 - Vinyasa Flow
Come for a vigorous vinyasa flow. We will be practicing within the classical Hatha Yoga framework so come with an open mind and be prepared to view the world from different angles.
Monday, August 10 - Beginners Yoga and Relaxation
The class will be relaxing, focused on gentle stretching and breathing exercise.
Monday, August 17 - Vinyasa Flow
Come for a vigorous vinyasa flow. We will be practicing within the classical Hatha Yoga framework so come with an open mind and be prepared to view the world from different angles.
Whose Teaching?
Joanna Hanrahan, one of own Mother of Multiples, is a registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance RYT 200. She has been practicing yoga for 25 years (don’t ask her how old she is!) and has experienced first-hand the power of yoga to help heal the body and mind. Her training is in Astanga Yoga but she has enjoys both practicing and teaching a synthesis of all the different styles, Iyengar, Anusara, Kundalini, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
*If you can bring a block or two and a strap that would be great. Target sell straps and blocks for $6.99 and $10.99
Alternatively you can improvise and bring a telephone directory and a jump rope.
PAST YOGA CLASSES
Monday, June 15 - Gentle Beginners Yoga / Learning to Breathe
Namaste calling all those who have never tried yoga before and are interested in finding out more. The class will be relaxing, focused on gentle stretching and breathing exercises. If you don’t have a yoga mat I will bring one for you!
If babysitting is a problem then let us know and we will look into setting up a kid’s crèche in the same room.
